	1	The SMS for which you are signing is partly free and a few chargeable. The charges levied are for the costs involved in delivering the message to your mobile or for the administrative purpose.
	2	The SMS may or may not contain promotional messages along with the services you have subscribed to. Currently, these services are available in India only. If in case you have not read these conditions and paid us from outside the country, applicants are not liable for any refund.
	3	Any person whether in India or outside registering or communicated with Commodity Online through any of its portals or services are liable to get promotional mails or SMS or any other such communications and it should not be viewed as Unsolicited Commercial Communication(UCC).
	4	These messages are under the clause and relates to a service or financial transaction under a specific contract between the parties to such contract under National Do Not Call Registry or any other international law. If they wish not to receive such messages, it should be communicated well in time.
	5	The tips, analysis and other such services are for general viewing and should not be construed as a signal to trade. These views/ forecasts/ suggestions, though proffered with the best of intentions, are based on our reading of the market at the time of writing. Many of these are provided by third parties and they also have the same intention. They are subject to change without notice.
	6	Though the information sources are believed to be reliable, the information is not guaranteed for accuracy. Those acting in the market on the basis of these are themselves responsible for any profits or losses that might occur, without recourse to us. 	7	The delivery of SMS depend on various factors including that of the services provided by mobile operators and bulk SMS providers. Any delay or non-delivery, though very restricted, will not be the responsibility of Commodity Online India Limited. The time to deliver the SMS is dependent upon the traffic on the mobile network and whether the applicant’s mobile phone is within reach and switched on and cannot therefore be guaranteed by Commodity Online India Limited. Since we are not a mobile network operator we do not guarantee the delivery of SMS text messages.
	8	The applicants to these services confirm that they have provided the accurate mobile number to be reached by SMS and the applicant is the owner or its legitimate user, or that the applicant has the consent of the owner or legitimate user, of the mobile phone using for the Services.
	9	The applicant of the services offered by Commodity Online India Limited acknowledges that using another person's mobile phone/providing inaccurate mobile phone number/unauthorized use of mobile phone number for receiving the SMS may entail disclosure of applicant ‘s confidential information which disclosure shall be at the sole risk of the applicant
	10	Applicants must not use (or permit any third party to use) the SMS Service to send any message or communication which is Spam, illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing or causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or infringes the rights of third parties. Commodity Online India Limited (COIL) reserves the right to withdraw the SMS service to such applicants if they breach this condition.
	11	The applicant acknowledges that the SMS Services may, at any time, be adversely affected by problems with the applicant’s mobile phone network, including, without limitation, interference to the network coverage. COIL is not responsible or liable to the applicant for any loss, damage or expenses incurred directly or indirectly.
	12	The applicant shall at its sole risk be responsible for taking all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized persons gaining access to the services. You are also not allowed to distribute these services at your end, breach of which will be liable for legal action.
	13	COIL in its sole discretion can temporarily suspend the provision of the services if such provision could materially affect the quality of any telecommunications service, including the Services, provided by COIL.
	14	These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The applicants acknowledge that there will not be any claims or disputes arising in relation to the services provided by COIL. If it does, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Kochi only.
	15	We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole and absolute discretion, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms. You agree to review the Terms periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access to and/or use of the COIL SMS shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms.
	16	All information/data and materials available on COIL SMS is under copyright to us .The copyrights of third parties, including but not limited to our supporting service vendors are also hereby reserved. The information/data and materials are accessible for browsing purposes only.
